Aisha Abid is an attorney who advises insurers on professional liability and general liability matters regarding the duty to defend, the duty to indemnify, bad faith exposure, and recoupment. Aisha’s practice is primarily focused on insurance coverage analysis, monitoring, and coverage litigation. 

Prior to joining BatesCarey LLP, Aisha practiced civil defense litigation at a Chicago law firm where she litigated matters concerning construction negligence, premises liability, and personal injury.

Aisha graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2021.
