Allison is an associate who handles complex disputes involving commercial general liability claims for primary and excess insurers. Prior to joining BatesCarey LLP, Allison represented major insurers in third-party coverage matters and successfully litigated a variety of coverage issues, primarily on long-tail claims and contribution obligations. Allison's coverage practice is enhanced by her general civil litigation background representing corporate clients, on both plaintiff- and defense-side, in various complex litigation matters including wrongful death, shareholder disputes, legal malpractice, and other liability claims. 

Allison received her Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, where she won the Edward J. Kelly Memorial Prize for her paper on online accessibility litigation. As an undergraduate, Allison and her college debate team won the second place in the National Model United Nations.

Outside of her regular practice, Allison grades bar essays at Themis, a national bar prep company. Allison speaks Korean and Japanese fluently.

In 2024 and 2025, Allison was named as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

Ct. 2022) (dismissal with prejudice in favor of a homeowner against a roofing contractor’s claims arising out of a breach of contract, on the basis that the contractor acted as a public adjuster in violation of public adjuster laws).
