Bradley C. Williams is an associate who focuses his practice on appellate advocacy and trial monitoring on cutting edge topics in courts across the country and advises insurance carriers in a variety of complex disputes involving commercial general liability. Brad has represented corporate clients across industries in all aspects of federal and state litigation matters and has experience in product liability and tort litigation, commercial disputes and intellectual property litigation, among other areas. Brad also contributes to the firm’s Opioid Coverage Task Force, which provides industry-leading services for the firm’s clients in litigating, monitoring and analyzing opioid lawsuits against pharmaceutical manufacturers, distributors and retailers.
Brad previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey V. Brown in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
