Kathryn C. Kawauchi is an associate whose practice focuses on professional liability coverage, specializing in the areas of cyber liability and privacy issues, as well as title agent liability. Katy’s practice includes advising her clients in pre-litigation insurance coverage analysis and litigation of complex insurance coverage disputes. Katy has represented clients in claims arising from E&O coverage, privacy data breaches, and fraudulent wire transfers.
Katy graduated from Loyola University Chicago School of Law with an Advocacy Certificate, where she was a member of the Thomas Tang Moot Court Team, an Articles Editor of the Consumer Law Review, and served as President of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.
