Margaret Nicosia is an associate who advises insurers on general liability and professional liability matters. Her practice is focused on insurance coverage analysis and litigation. Prior to joining BatesCarey, Maggie handled the defense of commercial general liability matters, including matters involving commercial transportation, premises liability, wrongful death, and construction.

Maggie graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, where she served as the Student Publications Editor of the UIC Law Review, was an honors member of the UIC Moot Court, and mentored peers in legal writing.
