Paul E. Sowa is an associate whose practice focuses on representing insurers across the country in complex insurance coverage matters involving various types of insurance, including primary and excess professional liability, management liability, and commercial general liability. 

Paul has litigated a variety of coverage issues involving employment-related litigation, business disputes, construction-defect, and property liability.  In addition, Paul has served as monitoring counsel during trials involving complex business disputes to analyze cases from liability, coverage, and appellate perspectives.

Prior to joining BatesCarey, Paul focused his practice on commercial litigation, transactional, and real estate law, representing mainly small and mid-size businesses.  He has litigated commercial matters ranging from contracts and torts to property and wage payment disputes.
