Sarah M. St. Clair is an associate who focuses on professional liability coverage, specializing in cyber liability and privacy issues. Her practice includes advising international and domestic insurers in pre-litigation insurance coverage analysis and litigation of complex insurance coverage disputes. Sarah has represented clients in claims arising from privacy data breaches, violations of the Biometric Information Privacy Act, and fraudulent wire transfers.  

Prior to joining BatesCarey LLP, Sarah gained litigation experience at a Chicago firm, focusing on professional liability and medical malpractice litigation.  

Sarah received her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago. There, Sarah was the Symposium Editor of The Annals of Health Law Journal and was a member of the Public Interest Law Society.
