Schuyler Davis is an associate who focuses his practice on appellate advocacy. Schuyler has represented corporate clients in a wide variety of industries, governmental bodies, individuals and other interested parties in state and federal appellate courts throughout the country. Schuyler has also represented corporate clients in all stages of commercial litigation in state and federal trial courts, specializing in motions practice and has frequently been added to litigation teams to draft dispositive motions.
Schuyler previously served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Bernice B. Donald in the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
