BatesCarey's Adam Fleischer joins an insurance industry all-star panel at CLM's Annual Meeting in March 2019 in Orlando to discuss the insurance challenges for municipalities faced with Section 1983 claims such as false arrest and malicious prosecution. 

In the session entitled "Wrongful Conviction - Practical Defense Tips and Coverage Analysis," Fleischer will be joined by Michael DeLonay of Swiss Re and Rachel Johl of Munich RE America to discuss key leanings from the notorious Beatrice Six, which involved claims from persons imprisoned for criminal offenses and later exonerated.
