BatesCarey is thrilled to announce that partner Adam H. Fleischer has been named a “Trailblazer” by National Law Journal, a distinction bestowed on only 17 firms. 

Adam received this honor for leading the BatesCarey team and its insurance clients through some of the most difficult coverage issues facing the industry, such as football concussions, school molestation, malicious prosecution and the nation’s opioid epidemic.        

“This is really an honor for our whole team as well as for our insurer clients,” Fleischer said. “Finding the right approach for our clients to actually provide proper protection for their customers, in a fashion that also protects the insurance intent, is a difficult challenge that puts us on the cutting edge of these issues.”        

The National Law Journal recognition comes on the heels of BatesCarey being named as a National Tier 1 “Best Law Firm” by U.S. News & World Report for the sixth straight year.
