BatesCarey Adds Three New Associates to Insurance Coverage Bench
BatesCarey is delighted to announce the addition of three new associates to the firm’s insurance coverage practice.
Lindsey D. Dean, Emily R. Tripicchio and Sarah M. Kitlinski have all joined the firm’s Chicago office over the past few months, bringing the firm’s total number of attorneys to 54.

Lindsey D. Dean handles complex disputes involving commercial general liability, professional liability and is an integral member of the BatesCarey’s Opioid Coverage Task Force. She also advises clients on wording and claim challenges arising from the novel world of cyber liability coverage. She earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2014.
Emily R. Tripicchio’s practice focuses on counseling and representing domestic and international insurers in various professional liability and commercial general liability coverage matters. She has served as counsel for complex insurance claims involving securities fraud class actions, derivative actions and regulatory investigations and proceedings. She earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law in 2015.
Sarah M. Kitlinski focuses on professional liability coverage, with a focus on cyber liability and privacy issues. Her practice includes advising international and domestic insurers in pre-litigation insurance coverage analysis and litigation of complex insurance coverage disputes. She earned her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2016.
