BatesCarey Executive Director Irasema Guerrero recently took part in a panel discussion at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School aimed at introducing freshmen students to a variety of potential career paths to inspire their future ambitions.

As part of Cristo Rey’s Freshmen Career Exploration class, the Human Resources panel allowed the students to ask panelists questions about their background, education and career choices.

Part of the Cristo Rey Network, Cristo Rey Jesuit High School provides a Catholic, college preceptory education and professional work experience to students from Spanish-speaking families with limited financial means. BatesCarey has maintained a partnership with Cristo Rey since 2020, employing two students throughout the academic year and periodically during the summer season.
