On February 21, the women of BatesCarey and insurance industry professionals gathered in Chicago for the firm’s popular “Tea Talk: Women Empowering Women” event led by Tea Talk Coordinators Abigail Rocap and Allyson Spacht.

The keynote speaker of the event, Jodi Bondi Norgaard, gave a presentation titled “Women Leading the Way: On a Mission to Create Change,” which highlighted the value and importance of women supporting women in business and life. Jodi shared her own entrepreneurial experience and the mentors who helped her succeed in hopes to provide strategies for others.

Following the presentation, attendees participated in a roundtable discussion of the topics addressed therein.

Throughout the event, attendees gathered to network, share ideas and offer insights on how women can best support each other in business.
