The panel discussion is hosted by the ABA on March 5, 2015 in Tucson, Arizona. The discussion will be led by Cory M. Figiel of BatesCarey LLP, Bridget Schuster of Williams Kastner & Gibbs, and Isaac Ruiz and Kathryn Knudsen of Keller Rohrback for the ABA Section of Litigation 2015 Insurance Coverage Litigation CLE Seminar.

This discussion will serve as a primer on an insurer's duties - and just how far they stretch. Test your mettle as the panel discusses a host of fact-patterns of cases hidden behind various briefcases, a la Howie Mandel. Cases with entertaining fact patterns will be used to illustrate how far courts have extended insurers duties. Did the court find a "duty" or "no duty"? Cast your vote and take it to the banker!
