Jordan Lowe and Jonathan Walton Elevated to Partner
BatesCarey announced today that I. Jordan Lowe and Jonathan Walton have been elevated to partner, effective January 1, 2023.

Jordan concentrates his practice in the areas of coverage litigation, commercial litigation, and reinsurance. He provides litigation and pre-litigation counsel to insurance carriers and reinsurers on complex coverage issues. In addition to his coverage practice, Jordan represents domestic and foreign corporations in complex commercial litigation.
Jonathan serves as coverage and litigation counsel to domestic and international insurers in a variety of complex insurance coverage matters, including third-party and first-party coverage matters. He is well-versed in litigating contested coverage cases relating to the pharmaceutical industry, including regulatory investigations and proceedings and multidistrict litigation, as well as matters involving opioid litigation, sexual harassment claims, property damage claims and coverage issues arising from construction defects and construction site accidents.
