Jason P. Minkin and Brian J. Watson have published an article in Marine Insight entitled Navigating Maritime Liens: Protections Afforded to the Vessel Owner.  The article discusses a recent court decision which highlights how a vessel owner was able to overcome a maritime lien and vacate the arrest of its vessel.  A full copy of the article can be found here.
