Farashahi was recognized for his exceptional track record representing A-list insurance companies addressing complex coverage issues. Fleischer was lauded for his national reputation handling high-profile insurance cases such as the NFL and NCAA concussion matters, as well as achieving insurance precedent in the last year in a molestation matter before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and a $28 million wrongful conviction case in Nebraska. He has represented insurers managing issues relative to the nation’s worst mass shooting and is the founder of the first Opioid Coverage Task Force navigating global insurers through the complex challenges related this American drug crisis. He also serves as a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
The 2019 Notable Gen X Leaders in Law were profiled in a special editorial feature in Crain’s June 3, 2019 print issue and online.
This news comes on the heels of Farashahi and Fleischer being ranked in 2019 Chambers USA as among a handful of top coverage attorneys in Illinois and Fleischer’s honor as one of 44 Illinois attorneys named by London-based Who’s Who Legal.
