The panel discussion is hosted by the ABA on March 5, 2015 in Tucson, Arizona. The discussion will be led by Patrick Bedell of BatesCarey LLP, Patrick J. The panel will offer advice on primary layer exhaustion, evidentiary burdens, settlement implications, policy allocation developments, the Comerica/Qualcomm overlay, and other issues.
