Natalie Koepke is an attorney whose practice focuses on counseling insurers on insurance law and coverage litigation throughout the country. She advises on complex matters including the duty to defend, bad faith exposure, rescission, and recoupment of defense costs, under commercial general liability, professional liability, employment practices, and personal lines policies.

Natalie’s practice also includes the defense of individuals and entities in general liability, labor and employment, business tort, fraud, and contract matters. Natalie has represented clients through all phases of litigation, from pre-suit investigation to discovery and contested motion practice, arbitration and trial. Additionally, she has served as monitoring and appellate counsel to insured parties to analyze appellate prospects and limit exposure.
