Lauren Talan represents insurers and reinsurers in complex coverage insurance and reinsurance disputes in the areas of First Party Property, Healthcare and Admiralty, among others. Lauren has extensive litigation experience including in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts. Lauren served for more than five years as Assistant General Counsel – Litigation for a global, publicly traded company where she provided strategic legal risk analysis and advice to senior executives and general counsel.
