New Admiralty and Maritime Practice Sets Sail
BatesCarey launched its Admiralty and Maritime practice in May, led by Jason P. Minkin, Jonathan A. Cipriani and Nicole M. Gallagher. The practice focuses on a range of maritime issues and exposures, including marine insurance; liability relating to sunken vessels, scuba, and diving; defense of Jones Act and general maritime personal injury claims; cargo disputes; products liability; and policy drafting.
